Friday finale for the Ticket Office
After the Cream gloss topcoat was applied to the front and end walls of the Ticket Office on Wednesday, Friday 24th April saw the external repainting substantially completed when the dark red “Monarch” was applied and the rear wall painted. Last job was to refix the signs and notice boards – our pictures show the “unadorned” Ticket Office and the (almost) finished article. Thanks to the refurbishment team of Roger, Ken, Malcolm and Chris, with Keith working on repainting the platform furniture & edge marking.
